“CHILD TO CHILD COMMUNICATION IS IMPORTANT FOR YOUR KIDS”
A newborn is like a clean slate without any content. Toddlers acquire knowledge about the world by accumulating information about different objects around them. The first learning experiences of a child, therefore, affects his physical and social-emotional development intensely. Hence, it is the duty of a good school to impart the right education to children from a tender age, so that they grow up to be responsible citizens of the world.
Early learning classes offered by Alor Dhara School is a child-centered, developmentally appropriate, extended program of learning for three to five years old children. The purpose is to establish a strong foundation for learning in the early years that promotes the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of all children.
In these classes we mostly followed the ‘Thematic Approach’ for learning along with keeping play based activities for development in mind. Play based activities faster development in each domain by giving each child a chance to participate in a wide variety of activities. These activities allow the child to engage actively in the process to learn, to participate and master skills at each level to state and evaluate and to develop self-confidence and motivation to achieve. The goals of the early learning program are as follows:
- To provide a play based learning environment.
- To help children make a smoother transition to preprimary level and soon
- To improve children’s prospects for success in school and in their lives
The Program reinforces concepts and prepares your child for academic advancement. The program creates a unique experience for your child by:
- Offering one-on-one instruction
- Focusing on mastery learning and personalized curriculum
- Creating lesson plans around your child’s learning modalities and natural curiosity
- Emphasizing individual attention
- Maintaining low teacher-student ratios
